Payment Options
I accept all major credit cards through PayPal.
Checks and money orders are also accepted. There is a waiting
period for checks to clear.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase return the item for a
full refund or store credit. Items must be in original, clean condition.
If for any reason they are not, your money will not be refunded. The
purchaser is responsible for any return postage.
Custom Work
Any clothing that requires specific measurements, whether purchased
in the shopping cart or through a special request is considered a custom order.
All custom work is non-refundable.
Custom Fitting
A sample bodice is made for your body from a personal fitting session. The
cost is $40 and usually takes 2 hours.
The required undergarments are needed to do fittings such as a chemise,
corset or stays. If you decide not to wear the required undergarments
I cannot guarantee the same fit that is displayed in my photographs and/or CDV’s.
After the 2nd and final fitting of the bodice is done and made
in your fabric chosen, including additional body measurements, there
will be no other design changes made to garment unless requests and
extra charges are made. This includes any dimension changes due
to weight loss/or gain, length of skirt, sleeve length etc.
After the final fitting, there is no more than a 5 day period in
which the garment is completed.
Rush Orders
If any custom order is needed within a 5 week time period, there will
be a rush order charge of 25% of the total order. Considering
the rush order would have to be put ahead of all waiting customers
and time needed for delivery of materials.
Payments
Material cost for custom work is required before beginning the garment. The
remaining balance is due before the garment is shipped to the customer. If
for any reason there are additional designs and/or materials added
to the garment during construction these items will need to be paid in full at that time.
Material Costs
Material cost include: fashion fabric, lining, steel bones,
hook and eyes, thread, buttons, trimmings. The cost for shipping
fabrics, special buttons, trims etc. to me is the customers responsibility. I
do supply any patterns needed for a project.
Cancellations
If for some reason a project needs to be canceled during construction,
costs for the garment would need to be paid up to the point of cancellation. The
garment and all purchased material + postage will be sent to the customer.
